I was also fortunate enough to deal with your Customer Service Representative, Mike. This young man made what is typically a trying experience a real pleasure from beginning to end. I believe that he worked very hard to earn my business. Mike is one of the most personable and professional individuals that I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with regardless of the business situation. I filled in the form and got an immediate response from my Customer Service Manager, and negotiated a deal, which included my RX300 trade in, within a week. I also got delivery of my new Sienna in less than a week. I cannot say enough good things about cars4u. I had been negotiating with two dealers, both of whom were very vague about delivery and about the same on pricing. My CSM, Darrin, was able to save me money and deliver the Van in less than a week which was amazing. Until that happened I was very skeptical about your ability to deliver on your promises. I wouldn't have been surprised to see the delivery time grow to several weeks or months considering the popularity of the Sienna. Another pleasant surprise was the detail you sent me about what the XLE model included. The brochures are very confusing on that subject and the Toyota salesmen I dealt with were not too well informed. You also showed up at the dealer (which was 10 minutes from my home) and inspected the Van before I picked it up. Once I did some comparison shopping, I decided to call Cars 4U.com just to see how their rates compared directly with the dealers. Darrin got back to me promptly and with prices that were considerably better than the Dealer had quoted me. After some years of driving a Ford Windstar van for my children's school etc., I was ready to lease a car that I would enjoy driving--but which one? Poor Cars4U! This is actually the fourth vehicle that my representative has obtained for me and I will be back again and for other cars for my family. Cars4u.com quoted a discount price unheard of from any dealer for a Japanese car I was interested in. Also, I was given a fair trade in value for my car. There was no hassle, no annoying sales pitch and the total package was a lot better than what I could have negotiated.

I was not prepared to obtain that or any other car unless I could finance in a most unusual way with a flexibility which, I am sure of, no bank or manufactureres finance institution would agree to. That should have been the end of it. I did not count on the resourcefulness of Cars4U.com. Despite my many objections sending personal information over the internet and having lots of questions creating a considerable amount of e-mail traffic, the representative remained cheerful and actually managed to get the flexibility I requested and at a better rate of intrest.

Thanks to Cars4U.com I have a new car 1 year earlier than expected, at a better price than expected and financing which reduces to total purchasing price even more. Although the total process was a unique experience, I would and will recommend Cars4U.com to any one wanting to purchase a car at the best discount available and requiring financing without hasstle.
